Terms of services
1. No payment is to be made with submission of pre-application.
Signature of customer and proof of location are absolute necessities for
consideration of pre-application. Buying a set of prospectus from one of the
offices of the company is essential.
2. Registration fee and connection charges are payable with formal application and
signing of agreement after connection is accepted. All payments shall be
made favouring SM Computer Consultants Pvt. Ltd.
3. Security charges for opted services are payable on
connection and are adjustable.
4. Monthly charges for opted services are payable at the
beginning of every month.
5. Once services have been opted and payment of any nature
made, there is no provision for refund.
6. Membership registration is renewable every year.
7. vedanti NET accepts
temporary failure in services due to following reasons at times and does not
bind to its nature beyond any control. (a) Power failure beyond 90 minutes
in any of the distribution points of the network, the control room being
fully secured from any kind of power failures 24 hrs a day: (b) Sabotage or
tripping of roadside cables due to reason beyond control: (c) Failure of
equipments on the network, which, however, gets done in less than 2 hours:
(d) Failure of customers' system or wrong configuration: (e) Non-payment of
monthly dues or otherwise: (f) Acts of God viz. earthquake, storm,
bandhs, floods, riot, personal clashes, law & order, government directive
etc.and (g) Failure of Internet backbone or gateway access of the parent.
8. vedanti NET undertakes
separate agreement and security, if any, for systems or accessories
purchased by customers on installment basis of payment and possesses full
control on such equipments till payment is fully realised.
